Just purchased a new GE stainless steel refrigerator from Lowe's. The display area in the store was organized and well-lit. The delivery process was fine. However, when the delivery guys peeled off the front door film, it revealed a strange splotchy finish on the doors. I told them that it looked bad and wasn't acceptable for a new appliance. They said it was normal and would come off with some stainless steel cleaner. I spent a couple of days trying to clean/polish/buff the doors to get rid of the discoloration without success. I called Lowe's first thing on Monday morning about the issue (within 3 business days) and they told me I was outside the 48-hour return window so there was nothing they could do. This is a tough review to leave because I really love this store and many of the great employees who work here. However, my poor experience with the Home Installation department has left me no choice. The Lowe's Home Installation process started off well, and the employee I worked with initially was amazing. Once I made my payment and the order was placed, the troubles began. My goal was to replace 2 original exterior doors, 2 sliding doors, and one window BEFORE the winter started. My order for windows and doors was placed on May 18th, 2025. It took almost five months for the doors and windows to arrive and the installation to be scheduled. The installers have been out to my house five times to install the windows and doors that were supposed to be installed in October. It is now Januar

Lowe’s Home Improvement This location is clean and well lit inside and out. It has excellent handicap parking and handicap excessively doors and aisles. Shelves were well stocked and organized. Multiple people asked me if they could help me which is nice - on the other hand multiple mgt people were so concerned about taking pictures for this review that I was actually stopped by a manager as I checked out - and questioned. That after I told each of the other managers exactly what I was doing.

There is not enough words of kindness how wonderful the staff at this location I used the garden entrance. I was looking at the small pine trees for the holiday. And the most wonderful awesome Barbara immediately put down the hose and she greeted me with a wonderful smile. She informed me of the Norf folk little tree. She just didn’t tell me about them. She actually walked me inside the store and was pleasant in conversation the whole time. because of her, I purchased one on my way out. I probably wouldn’t even notice them. I was going to the section for custom order window shade. I was greeted immediately by a wonderful, awesome young man(4740373) Sales person? Do not buy an appliance from Lowes. I have purchased a stove, 2 dishwashers, and a fridge from them in the past, and ALL deliveries/installations were messed up. The lastest dishwasher was delayed 2 weeks, was initially installed broken, then tool another week for replacement. EVERY time we call, no one knows what is going on. We spent hours on hold over the course of 10+ phone calls just to get a different story each time. They use inferior contractors to install the items you spend thousands on. They also promised some compensation for our trouble which... surprisingly never came. I know they will respond with "reach out to customer service to discuss" but you can't get through EVER. I will not set foot in lowes again. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
