I was having trouble looking for this specific item and got a great deal on this display piece. In this day and age it's easy to be ignored but the December 20th morning shift was some of the best customer service that I have ever had getting this all set. This is already my local Lowes and its a pleasure to have this one specifically.

I wanted to share some feedback from my visit today. I used self checkout while purchasing several bathroom fixtures and accessories. While I understand associates are there to assist, the employee working the area stood directly over me, repeatedly pointed out obvious barcodes, and physically grabbed items from my cart to show me where to scan. I was already in the process of checking out and did not need assistance. The experience felt intrusive and uncomfortable rather than helpful. For reference, this appears to be the same older associate with short gray hair who often works the self-checkout area. This has happened to me more than once, which is why I’m reaching out. Me and my husband had a fantastic experience at Lowe's, thanks to Connie! She helped us during checkout and made the whole process incredibly smooth and enjoyable. Connie was not only efficient but also brought a wonderful sense of humor that made our wait feel much shorter. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with our questions made shopping a pleasure. It's rare to find customer service that combines professionalism with such a fun spirit. Lowe’s employees …Please stop choosing my receipt option for me before I get the chance to pick. I am a big girl and can choose myself. I like an emailed receipt in case I bought the wrong part and lose my receipt. It’s very frustrating! Are you doing that on purpose to keep us from returning things? Other than that your store is great. The floor attendants actually approached me today! And helped me find what I needed.
