They scheduled to come put in a ceiling fan, I took off from work they were coming between 2-5p.m. They never showed up,or called.texted,or emailed for a company that prides it self in customer service and all things that can be installed with their insulation department,they suck and fail horribly. For people that spend their hard earned money we Do Not recommend Lowe's to have something installed. Update 11/30/25 so called the number that quote owner which I do not believe was owener's response said to call spoke to someone for five mnts. About their failed installation attempt on my ceiling fan which I bought thru there on line website,fan is wonderful 👍 works great.had my own handyman install it, anyway they did not listen when I called and told them they twisted my words around ,so I

Love the store & whats offered but there's never an employee in the section you need when you need them Ever!! Seems like 1 or 2 employees are covering the whole store & when you ask them something they love to say "yeah I dont know thats not my department" ugh it's frustrating

I was walking down an aisle and met Evan. He had his hand full and was going in the opposite direction but he asked what I was looking for. He put down what he was carrying and went with me to find what I wanted and stayed with me until I found it and then he got if off the shelf for me. I very much appreciated his help especially since I was on limited time

Uses synchrony bank for there lowes credit cards. A bank that's been in multiple lawsuits. Posted my payment on due date and they said it was a day late for extra 40 dollar charge. Lowes is fine but stay away from their credit scam.

They are helpful there but when training in a girl you shouldn’t leave them alone to do something that they haven’t done before. I just didn’t find that very professional. The girl did very well but she had to go find someone to make sure she was doing it right and then she was told she didn’t have to take it off the bar it was on instead of encouraging her. I had patience and didn’t mind waiting for her. It was all good! I just hope she starts getting more encouragement as time goes on so she stays there! I only got a 2 and a half foot clear runner for when I come in my apartment. That’s all I needed.
