Lowe's Home Improvement

This review is a bit overdue but I wanted to give a big thanks to Kimmy for the help. I was in a rush to get a Christmas tree and a few other items, and she showed me where to find what I needed. She even helped me skip a second long wait in line by checking me out for the tree at the customer service desk. (I didn't realize until after I paid for the other items that you do not pay for the trees outside in the lot) Truly appreciated her efficiency and kindness!

Easy returns and they have everything at this Lowe’s. I prefer this one since I feel like there’s more selection of product if organized well. I came here for a toilet flapper and I ended up buy some gardening products. The placement of products was well done here. I like that the home decor products were out close together such as the mirrors, wall paper, etc.

Would have been zero stars if it would let me. Only place I have ever been told I have to use a pin number with a company credit card. Not safe, not advisable, not best practices. I left the merch on the counter and walked out. I will never go to Lowes in California again. Go to Home Depot, Ace, anywhere but here. No wonder people call it "Blowes".

Called prior to my purchase to make sure installation could and would be done prior to Christmas. The associate was very nice and helpful. However, when he told me they were in stock I believed him, it was the same information I was given over the phone. 10 days later I am being told on my follow-up my item is not in stock. I won't be going back to Lowes. Suggestion, if you purchase an appliance for installation be sure to ask the questions, do you have the item in the store? Or, is the item in the network? Be specific and ask to see the screen other wise it could be a month before you every get a call to set up installation 1 to 2 weeks later. Beware... Now I am in the Holidays and still do not have an installation date. Don't ask for compensation or store credit, they just keep apo

I shop here a lot. I often buy things I could get at other places because I enjoy home improvement stores. I sometimes buy things I didn't know existed until I went to the store. I get inspired to take on projects from walking the isles.
