Lowe's Home Improvement

1-30-2026 So today I stopped at Lowes off Hinkleville Rd Paducah, KY. Again this Lowes is also in Violatuon of ADA. As I walked I parked the wheelchair accessible parking or rather parking for handicapped was NOT clear of snow!. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires businesses to maintain these areas in an accessible condition. They are in violation.

A couple of years ago I bought carpet form Lowe's and Service Pros did the install. At the time I thought they did an ok job but they didn't stretch the carpet and now the carpet is buckling and needs to be stretched and Service Pros won't come and stretch my carpet. they said they don't do that. So I guess that's why my carpet needs stretching. Should have been done when installed, but they don't do that. not a good "Pro Service"

Always a good experience here. I can't remember the ladys name at self checkout but she's always a pleasure to be around. Always chipper and happy and helpful just makes the whole shopping experience better in my opinion.

I got a Carhartt shirt from here from Christmas that was too big and I went to take it back with a picture of the receipt. When I said that I wanted to get a gift card the associate heard me, started processing the return, and then handed me a slip to sign, took the shirt and told me that they would not give me a gift card that they put the money back on the credit card that it was bought on. The manage then came over and told me that they don't do exchanges or gift cards. Absolutely terrible customer service, I will never shop at Lowe's again.

This store is the one I frequent the most for tools and many other items the staff at the paducah locations and everyone i have ever visited are amazing 5 stars for sure and the paducah staff should all get a raise and a weeks paid vacation. Smiles guru recommended smiles lovelovelove
