My name is Linda Head Cashier cashier trainer bookkeeping as a coach. I’m outstanding. I will take care all customers help with the employees management I have done it all if a customer had a problem self check out or any where in the store. My job is to take care the customer. It the item was on the shelf for $79.99 and the price come up as $89.99 not a problem , sir I will take care of that Are there anything else I can help you with the customer satisfied he thanked me and he asked me my name. I said cashier Linda I asked him could he do me a favor? I circled the bottom of the receipt ask him go online and do a survey and I will appreciate it. Thank you. Anytime I’m here five days a week. I have a great day. I love taking care of the customers and employees management team.

I went to Lowe’s on Roosevelt. I wanted to buy a dishwasher. I picked a Samsung dishwasher and stood there for more than half an hour waiting for someone to bring it out. I never got it. I have never seen such terrible, crappy customer service anywhere. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there or buy anything from that place. The salespeople don’t pay any attention at all. Nothing. It’s like water off a duck’s back to them. I’ve never seen such an indifferent attitude toward a customer anywhere. This is the worst Lowe’s ever.

I had gone here for their workshop to make a sleigh. If you have littles it is a fun and engaging experience that free. They had "Santa" come around and give candy canes it was a fun experience

Lowe’s has everything! My wife and I are updating a bathroom in our home right now and I’m picking up everything I need today from this one store. I had some questions about how some items I was buying work together and the team here was very helpful. I also got some Honey Money cashback by ordering online and picking up curbside. Win - win - win!

I barely found “PRUNING SEAL”, the only store where they knew what it was, and from the first time, they accurately indicated on which shelf and where it was located. A large selection of Christmas decorations, Christmas trees (artificial) at an affordable price. I also noticed that they have a lot of palm trees and other greenery, which is not available everywhere. I RECOMMEND!!!
