I ordered a snow blower back in January 2026 after the first big storm. It took a month for shipment due to being out of stock. Original delivery date was 2/23/26. I get a call that weekend that it’s being pushed back to 2/27/26 due to the blizzard coming ton 2/23/26. Cool. I can wait until Friday and just clean myself out from there. I get an email the day before delivery that my date is now being pushed back to 3/6/26. I call the store to find out what’s going on and everyone passing the phone and putting me on hold. Someone calls me back to leave a message apologizing about miscounting inventory. I return the call and the same passing of the phone. This went on for an hour. I called corporate to launch a complaint. I get a call back from the original person basically saying they sold my

We started having issues with a particular brand/model of a gas range from almost at onset of its usage which was about a week from receiving it. Because it was under warranty we dealt with the Company’s customer service department. Unfortunately, another problem arose with our new gas range that was very concerning. We once again contacted the company’s customer service who had the sense to realize that having 2 issues in a short amount of time was unacceptable. They in turn called Lowe’s in Piscataway where we purchased our gas range and spoke to Assistant Manager, Mike Jones. A ticket for a replacement gas range was issued. When we called Mike Jones to confirm we remember he was having a very busy day probably due to the fact that is was during the holidays (December 28, 2025). However,

Really good customer service and just solid guys overall. Appreciate the help — definitely made my trip to Lowe’s a lot better!

I saw a good deal (stocked and shipped by amazon with next day delivery) on a Craftsman Overdrive tool set and I wondered if I could get it at Lowes instead. Lowes is the main local Craftsman store so I am sure it is a bit of a draw to the store. I searched online and the Lowes corporate policy stated that yes they price match. So I did another search online and apparently they price match amazon (stocked and shipped by amazon) but not third party sellers. So since it was stocked and shipped by amazon I went down to the Piscataway Lowes with the printout of the Lowes policy and proof of the in-stock price and the fact that it was stocked and shipped by amazon, not a third party. The "manager" told me they did not price match Amazon and that price match was "optional" at their discretion. (

My family has been shopping for a new washer and dryer, and we were torn between so many options. We went to Lowe’s and worked with Lindsey, and she was amazing from start to finish. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the appliances and gave us great recommendations based on the features we were looking for. She made the whole process so much easier. Highly recommend asking for Lindsey!
