Love it!! I went to buy some season plants and a cashier, Jeannette, gave me a lot ideas on how to fix my garden, so I bought all the tools, dirt and plants and now my garden looks so great!! Also I saw Francine, Richmond famous cat!!

I have purchased a wash machine which was supposed to be delivered at a specific date. Do through the machine being damaged they had to come back out the next day for a redelivery off a new machine. I have lost a second day of work and they offered me a compensation off only fifty dollars. I would think if you lose a day's full of work they would at least accommodate with a little more at least something that I can work with. They not even meeting you halfway.In addition, they only give you a lowe's gift card. I have purchased many appliances over the years from Lowe's in the past. But this will from now on, no longer be the case.I will purchase my appliances from somewhere else. It's not only about the money.It is also about owning up to their mistakes and respect to the customer. I am

Clean store, friendly staff, and overall a wonderful experience! They have DIY kits for kids once a month, and while they can be difficult, the staff were engaged and supportive. Bonus points for the store cat, Francine.

Used to take military id in store for discount and was stopped saying that they don’t do in person verification and we need to go through the id website. Uploaded the information to the id website successfully. Go in store today to buy tools for my husband with his discount. Left my wallet bc I have apple pay and already did the online id verification. Well turns out you still have to bring it with you to scan it. So no military discount for us today.

Would not recommend purchasing appliances through this Lowe’s. The team sent were nice, but they had no idea how to install anything, it was wild. Charged for haul away but left everything sitting in the middle of each room. Said they needed a flathead screw to stop the water they didn’t have. 😅Left the dryer with venting looped even though it lines up with the exhaust. Came outside the delivery window after the lady said they were five minutes away three times spanning three hours. Hire a handyman to install instead of using their services! I hope Lowe’s invests in training staff because this is the only time in my life I’ve had an appliance delivery person unable to properly hook it up and just leave them all like this; I was floored.
