This is our favorite location by far! As new homeowners we have become regulars. We have had lots of great employees help us find what we are looking for. Today we had the pleasure of meeting Phillip who went above and beyond to help us find multiple items. Also Ms.Jamie and Ms.Susan helped us at check out and they were both very helpful. We will continue to frequent this location and highly recommend it to others as well.

I had a very disappointing experience with the paint department at Lowe’s Rincon. I brought in a photo with the exact tint formula codes from a previous custom-mixed color, expecting them to match it accurately. Unfortunately, the staff (date: 02/27/2026 5:00 pm) didn’t seem focused on their work—they were joking around and not paying proper attention. When I got home and started painting, I immediately noticed the color was much darker than the original, which means it was not mixed correctly. This was a custom color, so accuracy was extremely important. Now I have to spend extra time and money to fix something that should have been done right the first time. Very frustrating experience.

Few months ago I left a bad review regarding my fence installation and buying, and now I’m going to go ahead and do it again post installation. Just like their assistance, organization, and punctuation, throughout the buying process, the physical installation is/was worse. My fence literally fell apart due to the wind. I called the store like that dumb automated message sends, and nobody helps. I honestly can’t believe this place is still in business.

I had a wonderful experience working with an employee named Ryan in the Appliance section in the Rincon, GA store. I called and spoke with him about details regarding a washer and dryer. Then I came into the store a few hours later. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and had an answer to every question I had for him. I was able to purchase my washer and dryer with him and was out the door within 15 minutes. This is absolutely one of the most seamless transactions I have experienced in quite some time in the retail industry. He went above and beyond and really needs to be commended for such great service. Thank you for hiring such an excellent individual to represent your store.

I hate doing this but I feel it’s necessary for others to hear my story. I feel like I make a weekly trip to either Lowe’s or Home Depot and I spend a lot of money there. Less than two years ago my wife and I purchased an Electrolux washing machine and dryer from Lowe’s in Rincon. It’s a higher end washer and was around $1000. Two weeks ago while doing a load of towels I heard a huge bang and ran upstairs to find the glass door had shattered. I called Lowe’s and spoke with a manager who cared very little and said I have to call Electrolux. I expressed my displeasure with him and his “not my problem” attitude towards my situation. Luckily I bought the extended warranty but even still it’s going to be a month before anyone can come fix it. Meanwhile I’ve been taking a family of 4s
