Rich in Kitchen department was instrumental in briging us through a great selection of Diamond caninetry including a stove hood --- Took the time(a few months) to work with me to get what we ultimately wanted in countertops, cabinets, range hood/vent. Saved some money with Lowes card as well - Thanks Lowes/Rich!

Came in late the other night looking for things to protect my plants from the cold. I ended up searching for 20 minutes on my own until I asked one of the many helpful gentlemen where the product I was looking for would be. Love that the staff here are always attentive and ready to help as much as they can. Plus, beating the prices of home depot is always a win.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience has been extremely bad. I bought a washer from Lowe’s Riverhead and also paid for a 5-year protection plan. After only two years, the washer stopped working. Lowe’s has already sent a repair technician three times, and each time the issue was not fixed. I was then told they would call me back to schedule a fourth visit. Every service visit forces me to leave work and wait 2–3 hours, plus the additional time the technician spends attempting repairs. Each visit takes up my entire day. Despite repeatedly explaining that the washer is not repairable, Lowe’s continues to schedule more service calls instead of offering a replacement.
