Ordered a Toro Zero Turn mower and when it was delivered, the delivery guys said it had a scratch on the top of the deck (that I couldn't see because it was on top of a truck). They took it down and it had a scratch 5 inches long that had rusted through, and multiple other areas that the paint had completely scratched off, not to mention that the manual was soaked like it had been sitting in the rain. The delivery guys said to call customer service and they could offer a discount. This is a new $4000 machine so I would expect it to be delivered in new condition. Customer service offered a discount but said to contact the store to show pictures to relay the extent of the damage. Very disappointed today trying to return an item. It was on clearance but not final sale. It did not say final sale or no returns on the sticker or the receipt. I am stuck with a light that does not fit in my bathroom. There are no signs posted saying no returns on clearance items. Lowe’s has lost a long time customer over $63. I have purchased many large ticket items (appliances) over the years. I will not be returning to Lowe’s!

I'm afraid I can't offer much of a review based on their products however we love the staff and we love going to the kids free workshop every month! I love that we have the option to do our kits there in the store or take them home sometimes outings can be a little difficult with my youngest son that has special needs. The projects are great the aprons are adorable and the kids love helping iron on their patches when we get home! So if you've never been there for the kids free workshop make sure you sign up in advance to lock in your spot! Third Saturday of every month! 💙

we brought a refrig monday and decided to haul ourselves when found out could not deliver until fri despite being available in store, picked up tues only to discover when unloaded refrg at our house that it was not the one we bought......it was 36" with water dispenser and we bought 33" no dispenser......they had loaded the wrong refrig....talked to sx department who said would bring out right refrig and pick up wrong one.... waited 2 hours and called to see when they would come ...was told a manager would return call in 15 min.. waited 45 min and called back and was told no delivery sx available until fri.......told them that refrig was outside .....they asked that I take refrig inside .....by now had lost my help moving refrig and only had 2 people to move refig into house up 4 stair
