They seem to be well stocked, organized, and very cleanly. All the staff are super friendly and helpful! They actually had the two oddball sized SS threaded bushings I needed, where local plumbing supply companies did not have them in stock. Give them an A+ this trip!

My experience buying and canceling a washing machine was a miserable one. A store employee entered an incorrect last name on my lowes card application, which was oddly approved. It now became my responsibility to to fax documents to prove my identity for a card I only wanted for a discount. So after finding out I was also misinformed about delivery window selection and receiving a delivery confirmation for a date I did not select I went down to the store. The store manager Mike could not seem any less concerned about my experience and his response was "huh, it shouldn't be that hard". No, no it shouldn't Mike. Home Depot in somersworth couldn't be more apologetic for my experience at a different retailer. They gave me the same washer for the same price without the unwanted store card and a

Nice store. Only negative thing is that the aisles are not numbered consecutively so I had to wander back and forth until an employee told me the aisle I wanted was before aisle # 1 (household items). Even the clerk said it was a crazy set up.

The staff I interacted with at Rochester Lowe’s was great. I am not someone to shop at hardware stores, unless I’ve been sent by someone else. On Black Friday this year, this was the case! I wandered aimlessly for a while trying to find one specific thing before winding up at the Pro Services Desk. The gentleman at Pro was helping someone else with a large order and still took the time to ask me if I had a quick question he could help with. Not only did he point me to the exact aisle I needed, but he followed up with me by bringing me a cart and asking if I found what I was looking for after wrapping up with his customer. Thank you!

Utter incompetence. We did a kitchen reno and used Lowe’s for the counter , appliances and cabinets - not to mention materials for flooring, light fixtures etc. they screwed up EVERY aspect. The cabinets: 145.1 length- problem our plans calls for 144. Total screw job. Next they were late delivering the island so the counter people installed half the counter and left the other half in the garage. The hey also sent the wrong fridge 3 times. One time the drivers took off cuz there was a dusting of snow on the empty driveway that goes right to my door. A widdle bit of snow scares them off. I would recommend Hammond, Hone Depot ANYWHERE BUT LOWES. They also wash their hands of it at the store saying 3rd party vendors handle delivery and install . Can’t express my disappointment enough.
