Went in for a quick trip to get a fire-/water-proof safe and saw some great designs for flooring and artificial grass. Not in the market for either right now, but we'll definitely be replacing our builder-grade carpet with wood flooring and (probably) some tile somewhere in the future! Nice to know they have some great options the family would probably like! I even chanced upon one of those handy shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers I've seen at hotels that looks like it could mount inside my shower somehow. Might pick that up later! Oh -- and the bathroom was SUPER clean! Subject: Disappointing Experience at Lowe's Rockledge, FL I just wanted to share my recent experience at Lowe's Rockledge because it was quite upsetting. On November 25th, 2025, we purchased a double sink bathroom vanity — the “ARIEL Cambridge 61-in White Undermount Double Sink Bathroom Vanity with Pure White Quartz Top” — during a Black Friday sale. We also picked up $900 worth of tiles, thinking we were getting a great deal at $765. However, when we opened the well-taped box at home, we found that one of the sinks was missing! We reached out to customer service and spoke with Jessica and Shawn, but they were anything but helpful. They were unfriendly and at times even came off as passive-aggressive. Robert the assistant manager and Robert in millwork are both amazing! I had an issue with an online order and they went above & beyond to take care of the mixup right away. They were responsive, professional, courteous. Overall great customer service!

I asked 5 different people for help. Non of which could help me find what I was looking for. One of them paged or called over the intercom that a customer needed help in whatever aisle number it was that I was in. But nobody ever came, I was left standing there waiting for over 30 minutes. I eventually found the item I needed on my own after an extensive and unreasonable amount of time waiting for someone to help me. I spent over an hour in Lowe's for one item. This was the Lowe's in Rockledge Florida. I do not recommend this store to anyone. How much rather go to home Depot on Courtenay parkway in Merritt Island. The staff there is very knowledgeable about the products they carry. They are also very helpful when I am trying to get something done and I'm not sure what tool I'm going to nee

Just bought a refrigerator from the Rockledge store. My salesman: 2184261 was so awesome. Very friendly and patient as I made my decision. He looked up the items I was interested in picking up to make sure it was in stock in the store and helped me with purchasing an extended warranty. They had a sale going on and the prices were awesome. Rob helped load my fridge into my truck and made sure it was secure before I headed out onto the highway. I appreciate all of the help, being a woman by myself buying and transporting the purchase. Great job all around. Thank you.
