If there is a planned shortage of shop floor personnel then management should install self-Kiosks throughout the store so that customers can quickly go to the right aisle for the product of interest. Waited for someone to show up and answer questions. Nobody showed up and so I went home.

They mark their mistake, "oops, or mis-tint paint up $20-50+ more than the surrounding lowes who all seem to use the same consistent pricing guide on mis-tint paint. Huge bummer driving out here expecting they followed the same pricing as the 3 stores in surrounding areas. Every other lowes I have been to follows $2-$50 for mis-tint paint depending on size... Typically a gallon is $15....here they were $35....and the 5 gallon that is typically $50 was marked at $130.... So disappointed. Expected more coming out to Rockwall...definitely did not expect inconsistent pricing. Won't be back.

I have been shopping at this location for over 20 years. I know the layout of this location and find it easy to navigate. I have purchased many items over the years from yard supplies, grills, appliances, paint, nails, power tools, and lumber. On my last visit, I purchased Bonnie's brand fresh Basil, Rosemary and Lavender. These plants were on sale 3 for $9.99. These plants were healthy and very fragrant. These are a detriment to wasp, and I am planting these under my windows to prevent wasp nest. Let's hope this works. If not I back to Lowe's for wasp killer spray. Those guys are nasty. I also purchased mulch and stepping stones. I was sadden to find out the always smiling and positive staff member Cheryl was leaving her position as cashier. She's always been a pleasure to inte

I walked wake following my husband around and was absolutely greeted and almost immediately when I look like a lost puppy dog bye employees that were already trying to get out the displays and everyone that I met was so helpful I did not get all the names, Amy [@Customer Service] & Melissa [@Checkout Cashier] & the Gentlemen over by Garden & By The Decorations at the front. he had on a pair of glasses... I I'm writing this because I cannot express the amount of frustration I have going to Home Depot like I have been where I can't find anything can't figure out the store layout and the employees don't know either to top that off those employees find me did not have to even look very helpful and knew what they are talking about. to any higher-ups as well as locals I'm not sure on the price
