Lowe's Home Improvement

I bought a shower a few days ago. Came back to pick up and they can't find it. I was refunded but was not refunded for the base. 🙄 And, they couldn't call me or email me to let me know what was going on. Had to get the manager involved. After searching for awhile it was finally found. I told (A) (don't want to say the name) to make sure it is all together and put sold on the shower after I paid. She said not to worry. The boxes does not have my name nor a sold sign. I was lied to. I can see why now they couldn't find it. No common sense. The manager need to get his workers retrained or something. I see why they don't have good reviews. I'll shop at Lowe's in Wilson. So, disappointed.

I really hope the arm so lows, but I don't like the lack of help every time I ask someone to help me with something. They just point me into the direction but they never walk with me. There's never anyone in the department that you're looking for then you have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for them to feel like coming back to the department. And then when they come to the department, they have the attitude of what you want. I'd just rather the customer service be better. But I do like coming to Lowe's

The lumber is always in terrible shape. I can barely find a semi straight board. Items are constantly out of stock in multiple areas. Items only get reordered when the slots are empty. When you have the wrong item in the slot, out of stock items never get reordered. You need to do a nightly cleanup to make sure items are in there right place. Shopping cart containment is in poor shape. I could barely even get out of my vehicle. Check out lines are always terribly long, inside and out in the garden area is even worse. The paint station needs two employees in that station at all times. Everyone that works there looks like they are burdened to work there. Bad customer services , don’t recommend this store specially if you’re a contractor and need a phone sell pro desk don’t respect service hours was waiting there since 4:20 never had no pro agent to assist me and at 5 the store manager said no payments are able to be received past 5 but I was waiting there for over 40 minutos . Lows don’t takes pride of there valued contractors knowing that we also have customers that depends on our time and result . If you want a good customer service this is not your store .

With the recent purchase of our home, we had things that we needed and wanted for our home. We purchased our new refrigerator and electric stove along with multiple items from the Rocky Mount location and received great customer service each time. Thank you!
