We visited 3 Home Improvement stores until we found this one in Round Rock, TX with a working plywood saw. Cameron was very helpful and friendly even though there was a line of customers with stacks of wood for him to cut. It is good to see these kind of helpful people who really care. Cameron could handle these heavy 3/4 inch plywood sheets like a pro.

On 2/27/2026 I came into Lowes to purchase a refrigerator. I paid $2121.10 selected the item, PAID for the item, (fridge, wires, installation, and haul away) received an order confirmation email with a delivery date of 3/2/2026 between 8am and 8pm. At 3pm on the 2nd I had not received any call nor delivery so I called lowes. I spoke to Sean who was also the rep that placed my order. I was told they had no order with my number, email or address. finally looking up by order number, I was informed by lowes that their "corporate office" cancelled my order so after 2 hours of back and forth I went back into the local store and spoke to Diego who was supposed to be a manager. he had the WORST customer service i ever seen. I live in waco and came here when leaving from the area and the people at this location were very nice and helpful. One person in particular named David who is a pro specialist helped me with generators. I been wanting ine a while and with storm alot were sold out so I got what was there. I eneded up not having to use them so I took the unopened generators back and ordered the one I really wanted that was big enough. David helped me with the purchase of the bigger generator and I was happy and looking forward to the new one coming in. Every staff i came in contact was helpful and kind. I plan to come back to this location as im up in that area and fee times a week and shop here again

I visited Lowe’s today and Pablo greeted me right away and helped me choose the best trees for my yard. When I had more detailed questions, he brought over Noel, and the three of us had a great discussion about which trees and succulents would thrive in my part of Texas. Super knowledgeable and friendly! Michelle, the manager, was also amazing—she got me set up with same-day delivery and made the process smooth and easy. Everyone was genuinely kind and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Highly recommend this team!

David Wecker was a huge help today! He was really nice and helped me cut multiple pieces of wood with a great attitude! Nice to see that some people still work hard with good customer service that’s honestly hard to come by these days!
