Spoke to a horrible lady. She said I couldn't exchange a new stove because I only had 48 hours. We'll it was under 48 hours and then she changed it to you have to have bought a warranty..which i didn't. Then she made me call GE for a RA number so when I called GE they said Lowe's knows that GE doesn't give RA numbers. So she was rude and a liar and as unprofessional as could be. I called back and got a manager and was able to return the stove. But I wanted to exchange it but with the treatment I received...I just returned it and will buy elsewhere. Lowe's...please train your staff. I am a business owner and I would never treat anyone this way. She needs to be fired.

Was there looking for a shower and some flooring. Found a display I liked and flooring that I wanted. The only service I could get was a lady chatting with other employees who told me that the shower was on 34. So I didn't find what I was needing in the way of a shower. I'm sure it was there but no help to find the size I needed. I guess I'll have to pay a little more so I can get service. But there was a lot of stock, but not in order or where I could find my size. I guess I go to Lowe's to see what I want and somewhere else to buy it from.

I purchased viynl flooring from Russellville Lowe's. It was 12ft wide 29ft long. My grandsons were going to install it. I became sick and had to be hospitalized. My grandson went to pick it up while I was in hospital but realized he couldn't get it in his truck. He was going to need a trailer. The Lowe's employee did not mark on computer that it was not picked up or where he put it. Over the next few weeks I had several conversations with Lowe's employees about my flooring and status on picking up which none of them took time to post about on computer. So when I actually had a truck and trailer there to pick it up they couldn't find it. So I went and requested a refund . The first employee that spoke with my grandson decided to put it in lumber for some reason without a note about where

This Lowe’s could use some training and improvement. The staff is not super knowledgeable which is typical at Lowe’s but there’s always merchandise and equipment in inconvenient places. It just seems messy every time we go. Carts not out up in the parking lot, lumber left in doorways… at the bare minimum the staff should be able to tidy things up.

Plumbing fittings and couplings are getting more scarce at Lowe's. I'm sure they are happy ordering it for you. Just don't plan on being in a bind trying to make alternative repairs because options are very limited.
