Lowe's is very challenged with deliveries. We placed an order on a Wed for some tile to be delivered. It included a fee for delivery. The delivery was supposed to arrive on Sat and the order was confirmed. We got a call from the store the next day. They told us that they put the order on the wrong truck and it would be delayed by 4 days. The store is only 30 min from our house. We asked if we could pickup the order at the store to get it sooner. We needed the tile before Wed. They said no, that's not possible. It's ridiculous and horrible customer service. We then placed a 2nd order for pickup the next day. It was the only option to get some of the tile sooner. That process went smoothly. In total, they canceled delivery of the original order 3x which included losing track of it 2x. We gav

Outstanding Customer Service! I want to thank the assistant manager, Pricilla, who helped us today with loading a 50-gallon water heater. She went above and beyond — not only was she friendly and knowledgeable, but she personally made sure everything was handled safely and efficiently. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, and her positive attitude made our day so much easier. Salinas’ Lowe’s is lucky to have her on the team!

We went in for blinds. The employee that cut them to the right size was nice and helpful. I ask to be directed to other items, and they walk you to it or give u specific directions. I love this store, especially their garden section🙂

Lowes, just 3 blocks from my house. It's convenient to visit for my hardware needs. I really have a warm feeling for this place. They have or had special parking slots for veterans. As of a few days ago, the signs were missing. A customer service member stated that the signs had been taken and new replacements had been ordered. It is going to be a long four years.

Good store, but dang, y'all's solar salesman is borderline harassment. I had to take my ear buds out 4 times after he followed me through the store after I politely told him I was not interested.
