I’ve been a loyal Lowe’s customer for years and have bought many tools and equipment here, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I only opened the box to check the drain cleaning machine and never used it even once. The store refused to take it back, saying that once it’s opened, it cannot be returned — yet there was no clear label or notice about this policy anywhere. There was no display sample in the store either, so customers couldn’t know the actual size before buying. The staff were also unfriendly and impatient when I asked for help. After spending so much money at Lowe’s over the years, I expected better service and honesty. This experience completely destroyed my trust. I will never come back to Lowe’s again

Zero customer service.. good luck finding someone who will help you. They're all busy with anything else but customer assistance. I asked for someone to help me get a flashlight. They called someone over the speaker. TEN minutes and nobody came. No thanks. I'll just get it from Amazon. For Lowe's or any brick & mortar store to cry about online eating their profits, this is why. 10 minutes and nobody came. I gave the guy in that area the benefit of doubt and then walked through the nearby aisles and nobody was there either. Poor customer service. I won't return.

DO NOT USE FOR CONTRACTOR/TIME-SENSITIVE DELIVERIES - 1 Star We placed two orders on 11/21/24 for construction supplies. Both were complete failures that cost us thousands in contractor delays. Order 1 from San Bruno (12/1 delivery): Never arrived. No notification. After hours on hold, learned they never picked the order. Rescheduled for 12/3 AFTER contractors arrived, costing us $$$ in idle labor. Delayed again, we cancelled and went to Home Depot. Manager Mark never returned our call. Order 2 from Concord (12/4 delivery): Called 4 times on 12/3 (30min+ waits) to confirm it was ready - told "call back" every time. Not staged until 9PM. Despite confirmed 11AM-3PM window, delivery truck skipped us and "went home" at 9PM. Lost another day of contractor work. Went to Golden State Lumber. 10+

I received my door with the correct measurements, and the entire process was easy and hassle-free. The customer service representative was also friendly and helpful.

Went to Lowes today to pick up a couple of items. As I exited my car, to my surprise, I noticed a Memorial Day display behind my car. It was well done, it saluted all the men and women who served and those serving. Great job Lowes, we appreciate your support and recognition.
