Lowe's Home Improvement

My nephew who’s in the Marines bought this fridge. And it does not cool at all. He bought it 12-30-25. We call the store and they told us it’s our problem for buying a fridge on display. Though that may be true how can you sell something that’s broken and Not tell the customer. They told us to call GE because it’s not Lows responsibility. Customer service was talking with an attitude, cutting me off while I’m trying to explain. I’ll be sure to let everyone know Not to buy here thanks for showing how well you support your Service Members.

This is a shout out to Associates Myles, Evan and Mickey the Assistant Store Manager. My Mom was having some problems getting her rebate from a dishwasher she had purchased at Lowes. Myles tried to help by sending an email to the rebate center to expedite the rebate process. Unfortunately, despite his efforts we never got a response. We decided to go back to Lowes to see what else we could do. Myles referred us to Evan who tried to help as well. He got the run around and was on the phone for over an hour trying to get my Mom some help. We brought our dog with us and as we were sitting there, Mickey the Assistant Store Manager came over and adored her, which she loved and he even gave her an adorable toy to play with! Thank you Myles, Evan and Mickey you truly cared to make our day better

Had a horrible experience at this store. Ordered a washer and dryer and they tried to deliver two dryers. The associate at the store made a mistake when we went to purchase. Tried calling the store 6 times and they would hang up on me or transfer me to someone else who never picked up. Finally decided to go to the store personally. On the way there I finally got a hold of someone by yhd name of JAMIE who said I could ask for her when I got there. So I get to the store I’m being told Jamie is at lunch. Jamie went home sick. Cashier. Ould not get a hold of any managers. I was unable to speak to anyone but the cashier. It was horrible, if I could put negative stats I would.

Pretty good Lowes location. Good parking lot, easy access. I think this Lowes is larger than most, so they have a good selection. I always recommend Lowes for DIY homeowners because that seems to be who they cater to best. They have a little better service than HD when it comes to helping load heavy items, etc. BUT, I have recently (during the past 4 years) had issues with Lowe's doors & windows being poorly manufactured and damaged during delivery, so I refuse to use Lowes for special ordering doors & windows. I prefer Home Depot, or better yet Ganahl lumber. Ganahl is pricey, but you get better quality.
