We bought a floor and hired Lowe’s to install it on October 22. After waiting 3 weeks we noticed they ordered the wrong floor and baseboards. We had to drive to Lowe’s because the sales representative did not return calls. This was the day before our installation date of November 5th. At this point we had to reorder and wait to be refunded the original purchase, the same sales associate assured they would price match the original flooring with the correct flooring, which never happened. I spoke with Katie about it, the store manager, and she said that I can deal with Lowe’s legal team and hung up on me, cancelling our long awaited install date. Once they ordered the correct flooring I noticed they ordered 33 to many 12’ baseboards because only 12 are needed. They explained that the quantit

Had a great experience today. Going into the Lowe's in Sanford North Carolina. Had to have keys made and the gentleman Tanner that was literally supposed to be getting off of his shift ,Still stayed back and helped me with a very positive attitude and being professional. And on my way out paying for the purchases that I made. My cashier was Ashley on the contractor side. She was also extremely nice and very professional. She did ask me to take a survey that's listed on the bottom receipt. I tried several times. Maybe it's not mobile friendly so I'm leaving one on Google instead. Hopefully this finds the way to show that these two employees did a great job today and maybe Lowe's corporate needs to look more into the survey link.

Went to Lowes this evening to buy a dryer. I press the button in the appliance section. I hear the announcement across the store...assistance needed in appliances. I waited and waited. Nobody came. There were two other customers waiting as well. I pressed it again. Same announcement. Nobody came. I am home now. Still need a dryer. Lowes doesnt have anyone to sell them. I have never used a clothes line. I miss Sears in Kendale. They had good customer service.

Lowes has good help on the floors always even if they short staff. We will not feel the affects. Cause Lowes always Delivers the best customer service possible. I appreciate good hiring managers who hire great people. For the last 20yrs it has always been the same and I appreciate t hem.

I spent the morning at Lowe’s yesterday. I can say that I had the best experience I have ever had in any Lowe’s. Tanner and Kayla were amazing, friendly and professional. Tanner and Kayla helped us with a Lowe’s pro order. Tanner arranged staff to be present in each department as we arrived to get the supplies. Tanner even helped dig through wood and got a new pallet on the floor when there wasn’t enough to complete the order. They were of help from the time we walked in, until the time we left. I have not seen customer service like this in YEARS!!!
