I am blessed to have such a wonderful store that carry so many great products and are always willing to go above and beyond to take care of their customers. This store truly is the difference maker! The management team the pro team the MST team every single person inside this store is the exact reason why this store has the success it does. Thank you again Sherman Lowe's team! I want to compliment a couple of your employees for the service they gave me. All three of these gentlemen were friendly and helpful. Two of them helped my with bags of sand in the afternoon, but I had to go back for more later in the evening. Alonso was the only person (that I could see) in the garden department. He was really awesome. Everything a representative providing customer service should do, he did. And with a smile. It's a shame that getting good customer service as a woman in a hardware store prompts a review. But it is the exception, not the rule. In fact, the first person I asked to help me at the Pro counter responded to be with a blank stare when I greeted him and acted like I was really putting him out. Couldn't have walked any slower. We had our water heater go out and went on line and Lowe’s contacted me immediately and set up a contractor to come out and give us a free estimate on the replacement. It was fast and easy and we were very impressed and pleased with the results. Will definitely go through them again.

I purchased a dryer, and it was delivered today. The workers climbed three flights of stairs to my apartment, removed the old dryer, and installed the new one in less than fifteen minutes. I was impressed. Great customer service! I also purchased these cute, pink Lowe's buckets.

I am 56 years old. I have lways shopped at Lowes. Love the store and service. Recently my credit card from Lowes wants facial recognition pictures to keep my account open. I declined. Why would they need my 56 year old face to keep same account open. I have always had the same card and never late payments. I cut card up and switched to Home Depot. Sad......Lowes needs new credit card management company.
