We love this Lowes and so does our boy Malachite when we walk him in here. The staff are VERY friendly and always treat our dog like a star! He loves his new bed he got there too! Very sturdy!

Poor customer service. I placed a curbside order they marked it as out of stock as she told me it was a miscount in the system. However when I was walking in the store you had 202 in stock so I went to try and purchase them with my gift card that should have been credited because she canceled my online order well I could not because she sent my refund to corporate and it will be mailed to me. The manager pretty much said oh we’ll pay with something else or don’t get the item even though it was the associates fault for not doing her job and looking for my order. All she did was get rid of my order without even looking for the items. People stop being lazy and do your job or you will loose more business than just mine and my company.

What a wonderful experience I had yesterday at Lowe's Grandview Drive Simpsonville! From the moment I walked into the store, there were folks that said hi and offered to lend a hand. At the front, a wonderful, young lady- Andrena went the extra mile to help take care of my needs. Then, in lumber, though busy, Dan took the time from what he was doing, to not only point, but walked with me to help me with my needs. In this busy time we are living in, it is refreshing to see individuals that truly care and want to help! Thank you!

Zero stars for allowing License Plate Readers to be installed on there "private property". These Readers secretly track everyone that goes by them, and stores all of your travels in a database. Which can be accessed by the police and other agencies anytime without cause.

Update: Thank you Makayla in delivery at Simpsonville Lowe’s. She said they’ll get it the next business day. She said I don’t have to bother or look at it. It will be gone Monday and refunded once back at the store. That’s all I wanted. Thank you so much. Original: Spoke to several representatives. I placed this order months ago to insure it was here when I needed it. Packages came beyond destroyed. Items inside damaged and bent. Told I could do an exchange on an UNAVAILABLE item. There was nothing to exchange this product with. Then told me in order for them to pick it up as a return, it had to be inside. It obviously wasn’t inside before being delivered. When I told them I was unavailable for the pick up return, they offer $170 for a $2500+ order for me to keep the damaged product. Whe
