I made a large purchase today and after the store associate placed the item on a dolly for me to push to check out, I went to the self check out and asked the employee if I would be able to select the special financing offer with my Lowes card on self check out, in which she said yes. I asked her to stay to make sure I select the right prompt. Well after doing everything she said, the charge processed with out it. The employee then tells me I have to go to the customer service desk for a refund and they have to check me out to get the 0% financing offer. Once helped at the customer service desk, who was unable to process the financing too, I told her to disregard the financing offer. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS LOCATION AND IN LOWE'S!!! Unfortunately, after only three days of owning the refrigerator, we began experiencing a leak. Despite this issue occurring almost immediately, the store would not accept a return or offer an exchange. This has been very disappointing and frustrating, especially given how new the appliance is.

Dont shop here for appliances. My husband and I bought a dishwasher because ours suddenly broke. We were told someone would contact us to deliver/install it within 24 hours. 3 days passed and no one called, we had to call them. When we did, they told us that the dishwasher we bought was out of stock and had to be ordered. We weren't told that when we bought it. I asked why the salesman didn't say anything, and whether he could see that information on his computer when I finalized the purchase. The person on the phone wouldn't answer my question. This business lies and tricks people to make a sale. There is no transparency at all. It took 3 weeks for us to get the dishwasher we paid 600$ plus 180$ installation fee for. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. Evidently All Good Plumbing handles the installation with Lowe's. I contacted Lowe's because I needed to have my hot water heater replaced due to it leaking. Initially they said they would have a person out on Thursday from 6-9. Made the appointment and then was told that the person would be out between 6-9 pm. Left work an hour early only to have them call back at 7:30 to say the person would not be able to come out and they would reschedule for the next day between 8-12. Told my job that I would be coming in late. 11:30 they called to say they needed to change to 12-4. Called my job to tell them I would not be able to come in. 4pm came and went. Bathrooms are really dirty. Paper and tissue all on the floor. Terrible cleaning. Managers and supervisors need to check restrooms on a regular.
