The SB Lowes Manager, Dominic, went above and beyond to help with an issue with our new LG washer (which is a total lemon). LG has given us the run around for more than three months but Dominic has been kind enough to spend hours on the phone trying to get LG to make good on their product. It is amazing to me that a store manager has to spend hours of their time dealing with these awful appliance companies while trying to manage a store. Thank you Dominic. Fingers crossed that LG will take their terrible product back.

I have never been so disappointed with a company in my life. Lowes has always been my go to store. I will not be shopping there ever again. It's unbelievable how incompetent and uncaring everyone has been. Maybe incompetent is the wrong word, they know exactly how to ignore a customer and make them go away. We were promised a delivery 4 days in a row. With a 12 hour window (8am-8pm)?!? Each time upon calling we were assured that the truck is on it's way. Each day someone canceled their plans to be home FOR THE ENTIRE DAY just for the company to send an email to say they would not be coming that day. Not even the courtesy to give a phone call. When calling the store you sit on hold for over 30minutes before someone finally tells you they can not find a manager.... that's if you're lucky. Th

We ordered a new sliding patio door and a new front door from David at Lowe's in March. The doors were installed in June, after many calls because Lowe's needed to deliver the doors, but didn't. Once they finally delivered our doors, the installer put them in, but there was no screen door, which we paid for. I e-mailed David several times and didn't hear anything back. Finally I spoke to someone else at Lowe's, and they said it wasn't the first complaint they've had about him. I finally heard back from David after I complaiinted and was told the store probably lost it, and he would order another one. It took from June until August for David to actually look for our door, which was at the store the whole time. The screen was finally delivered in September, and here were are in December and

Waited in isle for help well over 10 minutes, Despite two overhead page requests for assistance, no employees anywhere in the isles willing to help, aside from paging others to help. All copper wiring locked up (I understand why, but can't sell anything if you lock it up and offer no way for customers to get what they want). I left empty handed. Went to Home Depot!

Paid for a stove with installation and takeaway service. The installer LOOKED at my old stove and said, "Nope, I cant do this." I was understandably upset with him and he left without dropping off the stove. He told Lowes the reason he couldnt install the stove was that I had a small register vent near the stove(not against code here in Vermont) After playing phone tag with Lowes and FMK installers, I got a date for installation, today July 16th at 8:30 am. I was supposed to be their first delivery. That was promised by Freddy the assistant warehouse manager. FMK got here at 8:30, they unhooked the old one and we played a game with Lowes called "how long will it take." Finally after waiting for an hour, FMK left. Shortly after the sub contracted delivery guys showed up... WITH A DRYER!!
