Lowe's Home Improvement

We’ve been customers here for 3 years now and have purchased many big ticket items, from carpet installation to a new Samsung Fridge today. Mike in appliances went above and beyond for us. He was very knowledgeable about products and personable. It’s evident customer service and satisfaction was a top priority for him. We feel like this is becoming less common in the age of rising costs everywhere. Today gave us hope. Great employees like Mike and this stores management is why we choose this Lowe’s location over any of its competitors.

Josh in appliances at the Lowe’s in Spanish Fork was awesome! He was so helpful, fun, personable. I called initially before coming in and asked questions about dryers when I came in later that day he said “Mary?!… I recognized your voice” that’s impressive! When I came back 2 days later he remembered my name again. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He also seems genuinely happy to be working there and helping people. Great employee treat him right Lowe’s! Thank you Josh!

Not usually one to leave a negative review as I have worked customer service before and I know how it gets. But I am a frequent Lowe’s shopper (weekly) and I had a terrible experience with two different “managers” two consecutive days in a row. I will happily be driving to Orem from now on. They were extremely rude and belittling, interrupted me or cut me off multiple times , and had zero patience.

I waited in line for hours on Black Friday and even though I didn’t win big, I was so impressed by the employees. Especially the store manager!! He was friendly, kind, cheerful and handled the crazy crowd with ease. Seems like a great leader.

I'm on my 3rd delivery from Lowes 1st fridge was not working as it should. 2nd fridge they damaged during delivery along with my flooring. The 3rd fridge will be here so fingers crossed nothing goes wrong with this 1. I will be shopping at Homedepot from now on! They only offered a $50 gift cared for damage to fridge and floor.
