I had the most wonderful experience with this store, it's associates, and the installation team! Would 100% recommend Lowe's over the other H.ow D.isappointing stores. I called looking to have my front door replaced after 25+ years of good use; it was time. The associate called me promptly to set up a meeting time for him to come measure my entrance and go over my style options. He was super friendly, very professional and made me feel satisfied with my choices. He said someone from Lowe's team would be in contact with me every two weeks as an update on my door being made. Yes, they diligently called me every 2 weeks even though I couldn't answer, they left a detailed voicemail of the current progress. Went here for some outdoor plants. Amazing selection! Some of the vegetables were unhealthy but overall the offerings were in good condition. Well organized outdoor plant area with plenty of gardening supplies and tools. Impressed with the abundance of plants: varieties of flowers, bushes, tall grasses, trees, veggies, fruits, and succulents. Staff were friendly.

Your delivery drivers are hard working people who get the job done. You should tell them to not plug in the refrigerators right away. That Freon needs to settle before you turn it on or you’ll cause damage to fridge. It’s pretty basic, but I don’t think Lowe’s gives any instruction to them. They’re just worried about getting the fridge in without damaging the house or product, and they did a great job. The person in charge of assigning the delivery is the person at fault. Please don’t give me some halfhearted AI response like everyone else gets. I’m not asking for a response, just giving you a heads up on where you need improvement

I love 💗 Lowe’s, they have so many cool appliances in this store! The customer service here is on point I came in for screws and knocked out other needed household items that I did not even know they had. High quality products and great 😊 customer service oh yes I will be back !
