So frustrating walking in to grab lumber and every cart is either full of stuff blocking an isle, or there are absolutely no carts whatsoever inside the store. Edit: still none to be found.. unless you walk outside Every worker around acts like they have no idea how to fix this common problem that every single contractor gets pissed about. Lumber is constantly a mess, inventory is constantly incorrectly placed, inventory counts are the biggest laughable thing. Stock is never maintained.

I just bought my new fridge I’ve been searching high and low for that is what I need and been wanting but will also fit in my new place! All thanks to Guillermo, he helped me lock it in, in less than 5 minutes!!! Ask for him if you need any new appliances! Thankyou Lowe’s for having him part of your team! I don't get angry easily, and have never posted a review in my life, but I would recommend you to avoid this location. DON'T get a large delivery order from them. They will not deliver on time if ever. I have been waiting over a week already and they have made multiple promises to get my supplies delivered but they still haven't come. I am in the middle of a renovation project and having to pay my contractor to go get my supplies that were supposed to be delivered because they could not get them here. They have lots of excuses for not delivering, like no available drivers, not the right kind of truck available or they just don't know why it wasn't delivered. I believe the main reason is I live an hour away and no one wants to drive that far. They did not call me to let me they would not m

wood cutting saw was broken and they wasted 30 minutes of our time just to tell us. most of the employees were no help and had no idea what was going on in their own store. many items’ sizes were mislabeled. don’t expect them to give a damn about you or your project.

Your sales floor supervisor is fantastic! I believe his name is Donald, he is just the best sale person I have ever had the privilege to do business with. I’m surprised he hasn’t become the manager on the whole dang building. He responsive, reasonable, flexible, and most of all just a great guy to talk to! He is probably the sole reason for my return! Lowe’s consider yourself lucky, you got a good one! I’ll happily continue my business through your Springdale AR location!
