I had a great expirence at Lowes last Friday 2/27/26. I went to Lowes and was planning to get a drill. As a woman, I myself had no idea what to purchase. An employee by the name of Seth proved to be such a help to me. He showed me what would be the best purchase for the jobs I needed to do. Plus I saved money in what I would have erroneously purchased!! A polite, helpful , knowledgeable employee. Thank you, Seth!!!. Lois K.

Craftsman garage door opener purchased 8/25 began to fail 12/25. Requested service 1/26 - 2/26. Appointment after appointment failed to show with no cancellation. Finally advised by “Angie”, there were actually “no servicemen available in our area” and we were on our own. Private installer advised the wrong springs were used, the chain was inappropriately installed among other issues. So obviously I would never recommend purchasing a garage door opener from Lowe’s unless you are knowledgeable and able to do your own installation. UPDATE. Lowe’S installer department is currently working on getting approval to reimburse us for the installation fees. I purchased a new washer and dryer for a home we are renovating and haven't even moved in. looks at the set today....... didn't get what I ordered, missing bases, NO returns on unopened, unused appliance after 48hrs, and was told that I couldn't even apply my 10% off coupon. For my trouble they sent me packing. Poor customer service. they couldn't have cared less, so disappointing. Buyer beware!!!!

I’m here frequently, at least several times a week. The staff are generally okay, but I am absolutely fed up with the experience in the store. Every aisle on the lumber end of the store is packed so full of online orders that it’s impossible to navigate with a lumber cart, sometimes even a standard cart. It means I have to either forego what I want or move everybody else’s stuff out of the way. When the staff are done with forklift operations, they leave the gates up and the aisles full of product. On top of that, 9.5 of 10 times I’m in the store, I have to hunt for a cart because they are either being used for online orders, or aren’t brought back into the store and I have to search the parking lot for the cart I need. Went in this place to buy 4 bolts, lock nuts, and washers. After not being able to find anyone to help me find what I needed I looked in the bins and they were all mismatched, scattered all over. I finally found what I needed and wrote the item numbers down and went to cash out. The PA system in this place was so overwhelmingly LOUD & DEFINING mind you. I got to the self checkout and the item numbers didn't work. I said to hell with it, put everything down. I went to Tractor Supply where everything is way more organized and people are knowledgeable & more friendly. They also go by the weight of the bolts not each particular item, trying to nickel and dime you to death. Lowe's is trash, they are beyond rude to customers.
