Reding Inc. Heating and Cooling

Scott, Keith and their team were amazing. They helped me with every step getting in floor heat into my barn. They were educational in explaining everything and always on time. The work they completed looks phenomenal. I highly recommend Reding Inc for all of your heating and cooling needs.

We had Ryan come out less than a week ago to take a look at our water treatment system and suggest options to fix our very hard water. Within a week of calling I had an assessment, and estimate, and the work fully performed. I’m extremely thankful for the quick turnaround time and the extensive review of what we are homeowners need to do for upkeep in between routine maintenance. Every staff member I worked with at this company had always been polite and professional.

Based on my experience with Reding Inc. I don't know that my rating is accurate. Long story short, my boiler was not putting out any heat. Repair man cleaned the plates & followed up with a phone call later that evening (still no heat). National Fuel came out same evening & turned gas off to the boiler due to a gas leak (this was a previous problem & not a result of Reding Inc.service). The next day it was recommended that the boiler be replaced. HEAP's contractor came out & discovered that the problem was the thermostat & not the boiler after all. My initial bill was $360.00. I called the Reding Inc. and spoke with Trish (who was a pleasure to do business with). Due to not being any better off after the service call, incorrect diagnosis which resulted in exorbitant heating costs for me

This is a wonderful company, I had an amazing experience and definitely recommend them! We had issues with our boiler that was installed prior to us owning our house. Redding sent someone out immediately to check it out, like the same day! They tried to get it replaced under warranty for us despite them not being the installing company. When that didn’t work they put in a temporary repair a few days later. That held up until we could buy a new boiler. Owen and Caleb came in and worked tirelessly to replace all the old and outdated plumbing, they put in a new wall to mount the new boiler, replaced all the valves, and stuck around to make sure everything was working properly before they left. Words can not express how grateful we are for the Reding crew! In the last month we have had our on demand hot water tank stop working AND a part go bad on our furnace- both times after hours and cold days. Just bad luck! But Jacob wound up showing up both times with a smile on his face, patience, and a tool box with everything needed to get us back up and running. He has been our hero! He helps us understand a problem and made recommendations to help in the future. One of those recommendations was to join Reding Rewards! Best deal ever. It saved us money on our weekend emergency call today, saved money on parts and more! We are new customers to Redings- and now we wouldn’t call anyone else!
