Went in to buy just a washer...well ended up buying a deep freeze, new fridge, stove and my washer 🤣. Everything is getting shipped tomorrow. Only $40 for delivery for EVERYTHING! Got a 20% discount because I got alot, and everything was already on discount. And I mean every single item. Elijah was a great customer service rep. Very lovely nice gentleman. Answered all my questions, gave suggestions, asked about certain measurements and heights. Will update with photos once placed lol.

I live like two blocks from this place. As a new homeowner of a 140 year old house, I’m there all the time. I do not know what they’re feeding these people or what, but every single time I am in there I have the best customer service experience of my life. Every single employee I have interacted with there (and there have been a lot) have seemed really happy and are so helpful and kind. It is genuinely baffling. Whatever is going on over there to keep people that happy, you’re doing a great job.

Sucks! My experience of course! I won't be going back here for nothing else! I experienced the worse let's just say, they have their picks even with a sales sign and items on the sign says the same as what I purchased. Another lady had the same but for some reason all her plants got manually marked down all 5 of them but I shop the same clearance stand she did but all mine regular price. I said I shopped the same clearance she did they act as if I was lying I left those plants and walked out!

Customer service is horrible. I can’t believe employees rather stand around and stare at people to watch for them stealing and or walk away and avoid customers when help is needed. I’ve been a regular shopper here and have observed the level of service here progressively getting worse. They will lie about availability of items unless you find it in the over head and point it out! I’m stick of this and will not shop here any more!! As a customer my time and resources are valuable. Please improve the customer service experience!!!

Their items available is a joke...for instance a 8x1 regular stock is sold in one size of 8 feet long where at home Depot offers a variety of lengths for less waste of wood
