I want to be very clear that this review is not about a product, but about the outstanding customer service provided by Todd at Lowe’s. Experiences like this deserve to be highlighted because they are becoming far too rare, and Todd truly went above and beyond in every way. From the moment we entered the store, Todd greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and an eagerness to help that immediately set the tone for our visit. Even though it was late at night, he welcomed us with the same enthusiasm, positivity, and attentiveness you would expect at the start of a morning shift. There was no hint of fatigue or obligation — instead, he made us feel like our time and needs genuinely mattered. Lowe’s has provided an irreplaceable service for my basement finishing and remodeling company, Hydrangea Home Spaces, over the last 5 years. From flooring to cabinetry and beyond, Lowe’s provides quality service and products for my business. Charlie H. and the pro desk staff help make our projects possible by providing fast and friendly service. Charlie has become an integral part of my everyday business at this point. Clean store and helpful staff, highly recommended.

I am deeply disappointed in Lowe's of Stafford Market Pl. As a disabled veteran with an artificial knee, I planned ahead for this weekend's storm by ordering a snow blower for delivery. Despite being told the item was available for same-day pickup, when I paid and opted for delivery, I was later informed by management that my order won't be filled until Jan 29th because it’s 'sold out.' It feels as though my paid order was sold to a walk-in customer because my disability prevented me from picking it up myself. Now, instead of a safe weekend, I’m left choosing between physical injury from shoveling or an unexpected financial burden. I expected better respect for veterans and customers with disabilities from a local pillar like Lowe's and its Delivery/Pro Team Lead Ms. Kate Perrone.

Just visited Lowes. I was in the self checkout line. My cart was overflowing plus I had a couple of 84 inch shelf brackets. They were sliding out of my cart, hitting the floor. It was a bit chaotic! Mel- the employee overseeing the self check out was my hero! Mel didn't hesitate to help me wrangle the long brackets... PLUS was kind enough to scan in all my items and make sure I got out the door with the brackets firmly positioned in my cart!!! Thanks Mel, you are a gem!!!!

I get all my buckets for gutter cleaning from Lowe’s. I love going to Lowe’s everything is so easy to find and there are employees to help you along the way. I have definitely been using all three locations near me for at least a dozen years now and I plan to go back a lot more
