I recently visited Lowe’s to purchase Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring and to explore carpet options, and I had a very positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the sales associates in the flooring department were friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer my questions, explain the differences between various LVP styles, wear layers, and installation options, and helped me compare products without any pressure to upsell. This is a gigantic Lowes! I took a lot of photos and didn’t even come close to getting photos of everything. They have a great variety of kitchen appliances, cabinets, etc. Rugs, carpet. I was looking for a particular Kohler toilet seat, and unfortunately they didn’t have it on display. Their Garden Center is also huge. Their restrooms are very nice and are wheel chair accessible.

With 16 mph winds a cart came out of the secure area in the lot where they are stored and hit my car hard while I was driving. It left a huge dent. The store was less than helpful even after reviewing the video tape and seeing exactly what I'm saying. They claim they're not responsible. I bought a $6 item and I'm now out between 500 and $1,000. There's no sign where the cart storage is claiming no responsibility. I will never spend another penny there.

I would’ve gave it one star but I don’t want to completely discredit this Lowe’s. I came in around 1 pm to exchange a light bulb. There was a lady in at customer service with a hijab that so very rude and unprofessional. Her whole demeanor seemed like she was irritated even before I spoke. I asked if I could exchange my light bulb with another light bulb and she flatly said no. I asked why and she said “you have to return this and then buy another one”. Which is exactly what exchange means. I don’t understand the attitude and mansplaining but whatever. For reference I’m also a non native speaker and hijabi. Then when I finally got to exchange I asked for a bag and she rudely just tossed it at me. It seems they just hire anyone off the street. Anyways I will contacting corporate as soon I g

I eagerly ordered a grill for delivery from Lowe’s, anticipating a festive Labor Day cookout. However, when the box finally arrived, my excitement quickly turned to disgust. Inside, I discovered a disturbing sight: remnants of mice droppings scattered among stray bits of debris, a grim reminder that this grill had not been handled with care. It was a far cry from the pristine cooking appliance I had envisioned, leaving me frustrated and concerned about the cleanliness and safety of my purchase.
