I went to the Lowe's in Stockbridge to purchase a Wagner paint sprayer because I saw it online for 25% off. When I arrived no one was in the Paint area with the exception of one other customer that had been waiting for assistance. I went to the cashier and they made an announcement that assistance was needed in the paint department. We waited another 10 minutes and again requested assistance. A second announcement was made. Finally after waiting 30 minutes an associate came to assist. Once I got the paint sprayer and rang it up the price was 25% more than the advertised price. I was told by the cashier that the online prices are different than the store price and if I wanted the online price I would have to order it online. I found that hard to believe. I am writing to express my frustration regarding an unresolved issue when attempting to obtain a copy of a return receipt from a return I made on January 31, 2026. I visited the store specifically to request a copy of this return receipt. The clerk assisting me did try her best, however she did not appear to be knowledgeable about the process. In order to help move things along, I contacted DoorDash support during my visit to obtain a copy of the purchase receipt with the order number so the return receipt could be located. After approximately one hour of waiting, the return receipt was finally found. Unfortunately, when the clerk attempted to print it, the printer was not working. As a result, I spent my entire one-hour lunch break in the store and still left without the copy of the ret

I went to the Stockbridge store to pick up an order that I made online. I stood there about seven minutes and was never acknowledged so I decided to go and pick up an item that I needed and return back to the desk. One of the employees did help me upon my return. I noticed one other customer aT the time. The feedback I would provide is please acknowledge your customers when they arrive in the store. It is fine that you are busy, but look up. 😉. Over all the store is well organized. Staff seems to be sparse.

For a month or more I have went in the Stockbridge store just to buy a simple replacement toilet paper roller and everytime I went they didn't have it, apparently no one bothers to restock the shelves. And everytime I ask when they will get any I get the same response "OH we should have them in next couple of days and of course they never have them.

The most unprofessional employees work at this store. I placed an order on DECEMBER 3rd, 2025 for an oven. There were no updates on the order for a whole month so I had to call and check up. They finally reached out and said that they will deliver the item on JANUARY 13th, 2026. When the delivery/installation guy came that morning, he said that the size of the oven was wrong. I immediately called my mom and she told me that that’s the size that she wants because of how the oven holder is made. She told me to tell them to redeliver the oven and she’ll have my dad install it. I DID NOT HEAR A WORD FROM LOWE’S ABOUT REDELIVERY. I got a BILL from the credit card company wanting me to pay on the oven I have never laid eyes on for two months. I immediately called Lowe’s many times, but the STOC
