Lowe's Home Improvement

I'm always pleased with my experiences at any Lowe's. This one has great customer service. After walking around searching for a while one of the ladies in the appliance section was kind enough to help me find what I needed to fix my dishwasher. I was also able to get a new toilet component I needed. Of course I left with more than I came for because of sales 😅 Recommend highly for home improvement needs

We had a dismal experience with The Home Depot store (Wesley Chapel and Buckhead), customer service hotline, and delivery service. Hence, we left Home Depot, went to Lowe’s (stonecrest), opened a credit card, purchased a refrigerator, and have delivery scheduled for Friday (2/6). This took less than 35 min. Had to get several bags of mulch and not one person offered help. Guy finally asked me if I got it as I was done loading in buggy and strolling to checkout! And after I checked out, the cashier never even asked me if I needed help loading all the heavy bags in my truck! The customer service has completely disappeared at Lowe’s.

This is Lowe's on Farrington. Parking is plentiful. Store clean, just know what you need and where to find it because getting help is slim picking. There selection of items are not as good as Home Depot, however some things that not found in Home Depot you can fine at Lowes. So you choose. When you do find help, you really get help. All my questions were addressed and one person made a suggestion that actually worked out. Check out was quick and you found more workers at check out than on the floor asking customer if they needed assistance.

A place where you will find just about anything you might need for home improvement items. I was there because I had a malfunctioning toilet bowl 🚽. So if you are like me a DIY-fer, you can solve just about any problem you might encounter. Plus you can ask some not all of the knowledgeable employees questions about the projects you are working on.
