Yuri was able to identify the root cause of an ongoing leak and resolve it with ease. His knowledge was immediately evident as he walked me through the problem and the steps he was taking to fix it. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything in detail. Not only was he highly skilled, but he was very polite and approachable. I recently called RKN Maintenance and Yuri, returned my call and scheduled me for repairs for my Plumbing issues. This is my first time ever calling them. Yuri is awesome, very professional, and very informative. He is truly a hard-working man and HONEST! The plumbing work he did for me consisted of his going into the crawl space to change pex lines, cutting an interior wall to replace hot and cold-water copper supply lines, as well as installing kitchen valves. I was having an issue with my water heater and needed a plumber asap.
