Lowe's Home Improvement

I went to Lowe's this evening and for personal reasons I've been going through some tough situations and it's been hard on me and my three dogs but I don't want to get into that I met an employee there named Elizabeth and not only was she extremely helpful from the time I said excuse me to ask her a question but she was kind-hearted and caring and amazing!! She truly cared and was so amazing I wish words could express how amazing she was in every way possible!! It was an absolute pleasure and after my amazing experience with her around the store she made sure that I was 100% good and she was so amazing to talk to and so helpful and just so kind and caring and I just want to thank her and Lowe's for hiring such an amazing employee and then when I went to do the self-checkout the young gentl

So you spend thousands of dollars on an appliance. They install it wrong. It is pouring wet air into our house. They say they can't come fix it for days. Ridiculous, sad follow up to a large purchase. There is no customer service. Won't even try to get here sooner. The computer tells them what to do. Just unacceptable. We should have went to a locally owned appliance store. There are a few in our area. Shame on lowes and shame on me for thinking lowes would help. So I go to shut the water off for a vacation. Come to find out they hooked the hot water to the cold.

Incredible customer service! Ryan went above and beyond to explain the different brands of vacuums available to help me make me the best and most cost efficient option. He is a true progressional and asset to Lowe’s. 100% recommend. Thanks, Ryan!!!

I purchased new appliances (fridge, dishwasher, oven, washer, dryer) for a home I have been renovating for my family to move into. They were delivered and intentionally left uninstalled as we were redoing our electrical. About two weeks ago I installed the washing machine, only to find out on its inaugural run that the bottom of the outer tub had a giant crack in it, which in turn flooded my laundry room and the floor below. I have spent the past two weeks going back and forth with customer service and Lowe's distribution. Both were happy to allow me to swap out the item that was delivered broken (and would have flooded my house anyway had I paid for their guys to install it). All they needed was for "leadership" at the Syracuse distribution center to give it a thumbs up after all other p

Similar to other Lowe's home improvement store. Good selection, better prices than Home Depot, but not as good as WalMart (although WalMart won't carry everything Lowe's does). Store is pretty well organized and staff is friendly
