Lowe's Home Improvement

Really frustrated by my experience at this Lowe’s. I went there with the hopes of buying a closet system, and saw this sign that was displayed saying the boards for the closet systems can be cut to size. When I talked to an employee, it turns out they do not offer that service. The supervisor told me that the sign displayed in the store is incorrect. The employees were both very nice but it was frustrating to waste so much time because of false advertising. I was hoping to buy it at Lowe’s but now I have to go to other home improvement stores.

We came in to look for plumbing parts for an under-sink replacement/repair. We interacted with several people and everyone was very nice and helpful. Most notably Julian K. who showed us where the parts were and then brainstormed with the repair, and then Nancy at the front cashier area. Super nice super helpful. Looking forward to coming back. 10 Stars!

I will never shop at Home Depot again. We came here after a disappointing experience at Home Depot, and we were hooked up! We received the knowledge and expertise and experience that we were looking for. We are remodeling and needed a washer, dryer and stove. Frank in appliances helped us and he was amazing! He knew his stuff, was able to brainstorm with us, answer all our questions and he even went above and beyond for another customer Home Depot had also let down. He CARES about his and job and it shows in his service! We will use Lowes for all our home remodeling going forward and will be happy to spend our money here at a company that cares about its shoppers. I live right by Home Depot on South Tacoma Street but will drive out of my way due to the great help! Thanks Frank! Y

I love how Lowe’s honors veterans by welcoming them to their team. I truly appreciated the gentleman in the camouflage vest at the customer service desk who took the time to personally escort me to Plumbing and Kitchen Cabinets. I really enjoyed our conversation and will definitely be coming back. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Extremely Rude customer service. Today I had the pleasure of meeting a real life Uncle Tom, name Paul. This man was so dismissive and aggressive that I almost had to walk out the door and to another store. I was looking to get paint, but didn’t have the name of the paint know much about it. Paul immediately tells me I don’t do pictures I do color. Now mind you i hadn’t even open my mouth let alone showed a picture. It didn’t stop there, however, after some what having to match his aggressive energy, I was finally able to explain myself and get what I needed. Now I would say he’s just a grumpy old guy. However, I witnessed this man offer outstanding customer service to a Caucasian couple who actually didn’t need his help, meanwhile Paul’s manager had to call him over to help me and he was o
