Lowe's Home Improvement

I visited the Lowe’s Garden Center in Temple hoping to find a healthy Peace Lily, but unfortunately, they didn’t have any in stock. That said, I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and well-kept the entire garden center was. Every plant and flower looked so vibrant, healthy, and happy—it was hard not to smile walking through the aisles. I ended up picking out a gorgeous Monstera instead, and I’m so glad I did! The staff had everything neat and organized, which made it easy to browse. Definitely a great place to shop if you’re looking for healthy plants and a peaceful garden shopping experience.

Horrible experience… Replacing countertop in the kitchen. Salesperson would say one thing and can not deliver what he promises. After committing to measurements the final pricing is not correct and discount was not apply. Unable to get a hold of the salesperson or anyone in the dept to address the issue. He either is not in or call will mysteriously get dropped. Would never recommend anyone to Lowe’s ever and will never go through Lowe’s for any future home improvement again. This experience has sent me to Home Depot.

Friendly and helpful to find everything I needed. Unfortunately they have way too many projects for me to do and a single weekend much less a month. But thanks anyways for being so accommodating!!!

Delivery went well, got our washer and dryer the day after ordering. However drop off and installation went terribly (we asked for installment). The man who dropped it off didn’t even try to install them. Was on the phone, looked at our hookups on the wall and said he couldn’t do it and then left. Got it resolved and someone’s coming back out again to install it but now we have to wait another day or 2 for a working washer and dryer. UPDATE: the new guys came to install it and did it perfectly in like 15-20 minutes. So the first guy who came was just lazy and didn’t want to do it.

Have been going to Lowe's for many years. Temple store is fantastic. I have always gotten everything that I need. Staff is very friendly and helpful, willing to help you find what you need. Only reason for the 4 🌟 is when they are busy, you have to have a little patience and eventually they will get to you. Update: 31, May,2023. For the beginning of summer, was not to crowded. Inflation is taking it's toll. Staff very friendly, areas were clean and well stocked. The garden area looks very beautiful with all the colorful plants. 👍👍. Update: 6 October,2024.
