I ordered through the Lowe’s app for curbside pickup and had a great experience. The associate was wonderful and very professional, quickly bringing my items—a 3/8-in Drive Click Torque Wrench and a 55-piece metric and standard (SAE) mechanics tool set—out to my car. I needed more Grand View black Iron fence panels and post. I bought everything that the Albany Lowe's have where we live. I called the Tifton Lowe's because their website said they had 20 in stock, but I didn't won't to risk driving an hour and the website could be wrong. I called and asked for lawn and garden, a young lady named Brooke answered...OMG! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She asked me to give her the stock numbers off of my Albany receipt to make sure she will be identifying the correct ones. Which She advised me they did have them, I needed 16 panels and 15 post, she said if I went ahead and checked out on my Lowe's app she will go ahead and have them on a pallet for me when I get here. I asked her to check each one that she loads to make sure they aren't broken.

Visited this store yesterday during "normal" hours around 4:00 where I found an elderly lady waiting for assistance in Lumber for over 20 minutes prior to our needing assistance as well. A lumber associate was called multiple times for both her and our needs, but no one came to assist. We found someone in another department to call attention, but very disappointing that the store would allow employees to break at the same time.

One of the best experiences I've every had here. Employees were exceptional. I had a lot to put into my car and the young man helped me get every piece into my Honda CRV, which included: 5 4x4 posts, 4 bags of cement, 9 2x4x8, and 50 pickets All in 1 haul.
