I've been coming here since 2019, spending thousands on appliances (washing machine, dryer and a toilet among others) as well as various power tools, hand tools, plants and other materials. On more than one occasion, I've had expert advice from a genuinely helpful and knowledgeable assistant. I think that the store policy (no returns after 90 days) will help me with my future projects by making me take responsibility and ownership, motivating me to start work immediately. I appreciate the employees' faith in this policy, which is effectively sacrosanct. I bought some curtain rods which turned out to be too short. The packaging said they were between 72/144" but they only reached 78", seemingly incorrectly/misleadingly/unclearly labelled. I was told by the supervisor that the policy must be

Had the BEST customer service experience with Tom at the paint department! It was busy and yet he took the time to stop, smile and greet me, gave helpful paint suggestions and made sure I got all the right supplies for my projects! His customer service was a level 10 from beginning to end. This store should be very lucky to have him because in my experience, amazing customer service is a rare thing these days.

This place never disappoints me every time I come either their is no price sticker or items are stocked as a 2 pack but only singles are placed in location. The manager basically does nothing. this place is a joke. Only a few items that Lowe’s has exclusive that’s the only reason I come to this location. People just stand around and bs. Must me a great place to work. Can’t do anything wrong for sure.

Elizabeth was amazing. I was getting new blinds for many of my windows and she took the time to walk me through all the steps. She did such a great job, answering all my questions and giving me great advise to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. Definitely would come back again to work with her!

DANGEROUS! DO NOT BUY A WATER HEATER HERE! Their third party delivery “company” was a dude in an ancient SUV, who transported our water heater ON ITS SIDE, and dumped it in our driveway. The box even said in big, bold letters, DO NOT TRANSPORT OR STORE ON SIDE. You can severely damage a water heater, especially a gas one, by putting it on its side. It also voids the manufacturer warranty. You’d think Lowes would know that, but when we pointed this out to the driver and tried to refuse delivery, he shrugged, wouldn’t take it back, and drove away. What if we hadn’t been there to see the crazy transport and dumping?!? We wouldn’t have known until catastrophe struck. 😱 So we called Lowes “customer service” for help, but they treated us like idiots, condescendingly telling us we didn’t know w
