I recently purchased the deal on the Bosch batteries with the free miter saw that they keep promoting on social media but has been out of stock since Nov. I learned that the miter saw needs a stronger battery to work efficiently, so I wanted to return the batteries. When I tried to do so last Wed at this location, the person at the returns desk tried to talk me out of it. She showed me the Lowes website that showed both the batteries and miter saw were 18V, but the problem is that the batteries in this deal are 4Ah (amp hours). I understand that it's not realistic to think that everyone working at Lowes would understand power tools, but when I asked if they would try to process the return, they told me I'd need to return both the batteries and saw together and that they weren't willing to

Lowe's corporate is false advertising products prices on sale. I purchased some power tools and when I tried to get them the order was canceled. I spoke with Lowe's corporate customer service and was rudely spoken to by their supervisor. I was told to just buy the regular price item which is 3x what I purchased online. Be careful with your online purchases and double check it's not canceled so your not baited to their store just to be told to purchase for the store price. That's actually illegal state and federal. The store itself is actually great and they were helpful in every way. Sadly I won't be shopping Lowe's anymore due to their corporate customer service and due to the store discontinuing to sell flex tools in-store. That was the only reason I spent so much money there. Home Depot is my spot, so this was my first time ever buying anything from Lowe's. We had a brutal summer last year. And know way I was going to put my kids through that again. So my wife and I purchased a AC window unit. Frigidaire AC window unit. Man and does it blow good hard cold air. Kids are happy thank you Lowe's.

The Plants: They have clearance sections 50% off, if you have green thumb and see some potential of those plants to come alive again, definitely check it out. Absolutely unacceptable service - worst customer experience I've had. I checked online before visiting and confirmed that the exact circuit breaker model and type I needed were in stock. When I arrived, I pressed the help button at the locked display shelf to request assistance. An older male employee opened the lock and immediately ordered me to step back, despite the fact that I was simply viewing the product I intended to purchase. I provided him with the precise brand, model name, and type clearly and explicitly. Instead of helping, he briefly showed me a completely different type and arrogantly insisted it was correct, then became hostile and angry with me.
