Bought a EGO snow blower used it this winter storm after 20 mins it died down, took it back to store and the ASST manager Elvia M refused to return the item first she said 90days for power tools and when she saw the receipt said 30 because the receipt was just passed the 30days . asked for the policy she did not have asked her for the Dist manager name and number she did not have. This is the quality of mangers that Lowes has. This why Home Depot is the best because they care for their customers wellbeing. This item was bought by my dad who is 80 years old and the associate and the asst manager treatment him with disrespect. There is no compassion for senior citizens at Lowes. Called the customer service line, its a game that they play, now i understand the reason why they will not do any

Horrific customer service. Bought new appliances for a kitchen remodel. Brand new, unused, Refrigerator and microwave both non-functioning. Lowe’s said there’s nothing they can do, and it’s a manufacturer problem. Manufacturer techs no showed for service appointments twice. When we tried to return the items, Lowe’s refused to take them back or do anything because by pushing us toward the Manufacturer, instead they pushed us out of our return window. Will absolutely not do business with this store again, completely unhelpful.

This Lowes location is typically is well maintained and nicely stocked. I visit this store when HD doesn’t have something in stock. The plumbing department at Lowes is pretty weak though. If you need a fitting, adapter or a valve, usually I’m unable to find what I’m looking for. However the lightning and electrical departments are pretty decent. Today I needed assistance from one of their associates and and they were polite and able to help. I think Lowes is working on improving their associates as in the past I would not be able to get any assistance, so it’s a plus.
