I went to return some cabinet handles that I purchased at the Dublin store. The cabinet handles did not fit so, I returned them at the Union City store. I had problems getting a refund because the cashier that rang up my merchandise did not input them correctly so they did not show up on my receipt. Also I was not at the cash register the entire time because he dropped a bottle of my soap and the contents spilled on the floor so I left to get another bottle. The Union City store treated me like a thief. On my receipt there was documentation of only 1 of the seven door handles I purchased. I am going to make every effort to never shop at Lowes again. There's Ace Hardware, Outdoor Supply, Ashby Lumber, Economy Lumber and Home Depot. These stores will get my hard earned money. Loser Lowes wil

Each employee we interacted with was very helpful. We were helped by 5 different employees and they were all proactive and patient. The experience was quick and efficient. Shoutout to sandop for helping us load the 6ft fences into our van. Outstanding customer service all around.

I got my dream kitchen, thanks to Jeff Spence of Lowe’s Union City! The initial meeting took about 2-2.5 hours because Jeff was so thorough and professional, he knows his stuff! He helped me pick the right cabinets, explaining the pros and cons of each type and brand. He then started the design process, meticulously making sure that each cabinet is to my liking, adding his professional advice as well. The second meeting was quite quick, since everything has been set up on the initial meeting. He provided specs of the appliances, sink size, and answered all my questions. He was very communicative pre and post purchase, replying to my email the same day. If you want your dream kitchen, look for Jeff at Lowe’s Union City!

Great selection. Even of toilets. Haha. I am looking for one. And tile. They did not have a basic old fashioned broom, though.

I had a Lowes deliver incorrectly sent to my home. I live in a large apartment complex with packages thieves. I was told that a delivery person would pick up the package between 12 and 4 pm. I rescheduled my time to wait the driver. No driver at 4:09 pm. I called back and was told a driver would come tomorrow between 12 and 4 pm. I said no. I will not reschedule my time for a Lowe's mistake. I was told to place the packages out side for the driver. I put them outside.
