All I can say is WOW, this is not the store I visited a few months ago. I understand they have a new manager and whatever they are doing....keep it up. I was exploring and left with a smile on my face and some items I didn't know I needed. Offers to help at every area, employees (a few who i caught their names- Bob who I met in the tool area, Mike from paint, the lady in appliances, the guy in flooring, Mel coming to help at the register) they not only helped me find and select the products, but helped me with the check out and loading. Last time I shopped at this store I could not get help to save me and went to Walmart. If you were disappointed in the past, give them a try now. Outstanding support, lots of help, and amazing prices. Just WOW.

This is probably one of my all time favorite stores.. Basically it has everything..lol I can figure out a solution for most of my home issues, or projects I'd lIke to tackle. Good place to lose track of time..staff is very accommodating.

Ryanne needs to be pulled from "customer service.". I asked about my order at the desk. I'm nearly deaf, but can read lips. I told her this, ZERO Fs. Spoke even softer looking away. I had to enter my number into a screen and wait. I aked Ryanne why she couldn't order it, she started she didn't have a radio. So we waited, and waited. And waited. When I hit the"assistance needed" button, she magically found her radio. Someone came with the hot water heater on a dolly, claiming "it's been here the whole time". It's a hot water heater, they're hard to hide. Pretty sure he literally just ruined up with it. The guy shoved the heater into my SUV, but I needed to put all the seats down, not just the 60/40 part. 2/3s OF THE TANK WAS STICKING OUT THE BACK OF MY SUV, and he goes, "a littl

The worst Lowe’s in the area. The store is highly disorganized—items are scattered everywhere and rarely in the right place. The staff is unprofessional. I asked for 27-gallon containers, and multiple employees sent me to a supervisor named Anthony to bring a pallet down from a high shelf. He told me to wait, but after 40 minutes he never returned. The only helpful person was a guy from the windows and doors department, but even then I waited another 20 minutes and no one showed up. I ended up wasting an hour just trying to get clear boxes. No thanks—I’ll buy elsewhere.

They said first 50 people “in store” gave them away before the door even open. But the problem stand they didn’t well anyone waiting outside in snow. Everyone in line was unaware of this freezing got up early this is not right at all. Don’t say first 50 in store for a store that opens at 6 then hand them out at 5:30 that’s unfair to everyone.
