Heaven forbid you actually need help in this store!!! The likeliness of finding an employ is like finding a needle in a haystack😡. I even spent 4 minutes of the phone with it just ringing to try and reach customer service to get someone finally sent to help!!! This place is a complete joke 😡😡

I like shopping via Lowe's, but this location's customer experience standards are increasingly frustrating. If pick-up service is this bad, I don't dare tempt delivery service. What customer experience training are you incorporating?

The customer service here is crap. 3 times in 3 weeks I’ve had to wait 30min+ for some help for a special order item pickup. Came in today to pick up a door and it’s someone new-ish at the counter (who I don’t fault for this at all) who couldn’t figure out how to look my order up initially. Instead of her coworkers jumping to help her out they just ignored and went on their way and blew her off when she asked for help, finally someone comes by to help after 20 minutes and 5 customers going ahead of me to tell me they tell me to go to a different section for pickup, where I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes (and more as I’m writing this, still haven’t brought it up). Buying the fridge itself was not the issue — the problem was what happened after. I purchased a brand-new refrigerator and was told I had 48 hours to exchange it. One day after that window ended, the freezing element failed. Lowe’s sent a technician who confirmed the failure, but because I was just outside the exchange window, I was denied a simple exchange. The appliance was essentially defective from the start, yet Lowe’s policy made resolving this unnecessarily difficult. Based on this experience, I will not be purchasing appliances from Lowe’s again. I will be taking my business elsewhere. The product is model: GE item# 906224
