I placed a online order on Dec 22 for a job that is in progress and on a deadline I decided to go through Lowe’s at the time because of the estimated arrival of my product so I placed the order and oddly there was 3 separate charges on my account although the correct amount of money was taken immediately from my account so I was sure it was some glitch I still wanted to call and make sure NOBODY from customer service to pro desk would help me or wanted to either got transferred around until eventually the call would disconnect ok I let it go then 1 -2 weeks later getting emails that my payment has declined although the money is still not in my account and when I call the AI assistant operator asked for my order number I gave it and it told me that I had one item ready and one that was expe

Each time I come to the store and require help from an employee, including waiting at the customer service line, I have to track down an employee. There have been at least 3 instances where there is one more employee working in customer service, I am the only one in line, and they are standing talking about non-work related matters or scanning other supplies. It is one thing to want to finish a job or a conversation, but it is not accompanied with an acknowledgement of “we will be right with you” or “just one moment.” Simply no eye contact and me wondering if they are even working. Another time I was paying with a check from a contractor, and they refused to accept the check because no employees working that day knew how to process one. And they have frequent system outages to not process

Just wanted to give a shout out to Shanhan (paint expert) and Ian at the cash register. Both are very kind and patient. They go out of their way to help when we have questions. We appreciate their excellent customer service. Super friendly and always nice. They are very good at their jobs and it’s always nice to see them on our many trips to the store.

I went there to pick up a Ring camera. Visited the service desk 3 times to ask for help to unlock the case. Visited the front register to ask for help to unlock the case. After 35 minutes of waiting I left. Horrible customer service and not that the company cares, but very disappointed.

Ms. Sade is excellent. Pleasant to work with and very professional. She is amazing at her work, and she knows how to handle any situation. Thank you Jesus for her. God bless yall. A+ work ma’am!
