Have been looking for the right tile for a bath remodel finally found it Lowe's walling went to pick up 2 hrs later when help arrives at 9:00 was told they were out of this tile but Manchester store had 14 cases available ... Ask to call was told they can't call other stores ? So I called from the parking ... Put on hold for 20 minutes no answer in that flooring department .... Drove 45 min to Manchester.... Get in the flooring section was told they had the 14 cases after another 30 was told they can't find it then was told it was a special order item ? It's literally has its own section .... And they could order it but will take 10 days .... Craziest part is they just finished inventory but still can't find it ??? Wasted 1/2 day on a search ?

I went here to order a new dishwasher since ours broke. We found one we loved and ordered it. 4 days later it came in and we got a call saying the wrong one came in. They had a refund us and order the exact same thing again. Fast forward 2 weeks, on the install date, I got a call from the installer saying there is no dishwasher there to pick up. Whenever I called to figure out what happened and where the dishwasher is, they tell me it is there ready to be picked up even though it is not there. I have been on the phone and on hold for a total of 1-2 hours with no update on when or how this is going to be resolved. Bought a fridge from here for over 2k they were horrible. They tried to tell me the fridge didn’t fit and left the first time, 10 days and two orders later the SAME fridge comes in and it “suddenly fits”perfectly fine but they wouldn’t hook it up even tho I paid for the hook up. They tried telling me and my husband that we can install the handles ourselves later since we have to hookup the water anyways (we told him no and to put the handles on)… Overall horrible service, very unprofessional and lazy delivery guys. The delivery men also got very upset when he tried to leave but we told him to remove the old refrigerator; we paid for removal. He started speaking to the other guy in Spanish and became very irritated, he had the audacity to ask why we didn’t tell him sooner even tho the old f

They deliver faulty appliances, refuse to remove them from the home with smoke actively coming out of the unit, and then offer a 25 dollar gift card to Lowe's as compensation. Horrible company.

Still waiting on a botched shed install. Door latches were never installed. The shed frame was skewed by 1/2" so the doors will never shut properly. 6:30am start was not appreciated. The builder showed up offering nothing but what he wouldn't do. The product was substandard besides the incompetent install. I will never use lowes again.
