Very disappointed in the management of Lowe’s Wareham, MA store. It took 6 months and 4 days off from work to finally get the correct storm door installed. The level of incompetence of Lowe’s management and the installer was beyond frustrating. Starting from day one there were mistakes after mistakes made. Wrong product number, incorrect measuring by installer, wrong door installed, correct door not available at store for installer to pick up on 3rd attempt of install, lack of communication to customer who was on her third day off from work waiting for installer. But was most disturbing is when I went to the store in early January to express my frustration and was put in touch with “corporate “ as was suggested by the department manager that they did not have the courtesy to respond t

Lowe's has been my go to home improvement store, as of late. I've bought appliances, and they've been great so far. I just moved so I bought lots of paint for the new place. For the most part, the employees have been very helpful. I have no complaints. My new place is freshly painted. My kitchen looks great with a new coat of paint. Hopefully the rest of the place will too.

EVERY single time I’ve been inside the Wareham Lowe’s I have great experience! (I would feel the same way EVEN if my S.I.L. wasn’t a manager there. Lol). I’ve texted her myself to let her know how welcoming & helpful her employees ARE. I’m a FEMALE who doesn’t work a trade walking around Lowe’s (I’m USUALLY lost. Lol). But it doesn’t take long for a kind employee to greet me and answer ANY/ALL of my silly questions w/o making me FEEL dumb about it. 😂💜. Even if you don’t live in Wareham but wish to shop at a LOWES….Taking the trip to the Wareham store is sooo worth it! Happy New Year my fellow humans. May we all have a peaceful, joy filled 2026!!!

I shop here all of the time. I like Lowe’s much more than Home Depot. They generally have what I need, and the staff is helpful. My only complaint is the propane. It always takes 15-20 for someone to come out to trade tanks.

This Lowes is very well kept. Organized and clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Probably the best experience in the area for this type of store.
