I purchased a washer and dryer set on 11/24. Delivery scheduled on 11/26 between 2-6 pm. I received a call from delivery team at 5:45 “truck broke down, but we will arrive in 1.5 hours”. I asked them to be sure that they would arrive at this time because we had waited 5 hours and needed to get on the road ASAP. I contacted my store at 8pm. The assistant manager, “D”, contacted the delivery team and was told that they were leaving my subdivision because they could not find our house (impossible). Their dispatcher asked them to turn around, they said no. Rescheduled for 12/1. I took off again and they did not show! I went to the and asked to speak directly with the manager, “D”, who rescheduled. I’m not sure why, but customer service called a different manager over. He contacted the deliver

Debra and Walt were so helpful today when my grandmother purchased a chainsaw!! They were very patient with her as she was eager to understand her payment options , and we need more people like them working!!

I got 2 pieces of wood that I needed cut. I literally saw 5 Lowes employees standing near the cutting machine. I approached them to ask if they could cut the wood for me and they just scattered away like roaches in an old house. Customer service really sucks at this location. Unprofessional and run from obligation. Figure since they hide in the back they fake like they’re doing something. Good news… Got it done at Home Depot. Customers Service walked up to me and asked could he cut it for me. If you need your wood cut where the employees won’t run away when ya come, GO TO Home Depot, any location.

I usually enjoy my trip to Lowe’ but this time I encountered a very rude and demanding worker. Danika provided very minimal assistance and bends the rules to her liking. I hope to see future improvement and proper adjustments to help overall moral inside of the store. As I approach the service center I observed that she was handling a past customer very disorderly. Thank you for your time Lowe’s. Never again!

We ordered 30 concrete blocks for our tiny home. We had to put off delivery of the home twice because these blocks never showed up. The original scheduled date was last Wed. Then Fri and now today. As of today, Monday, Oct 20th at 2pm the bricks still haven't come. We had to cancel the order and go with Home Depot. Getting in touch with this store was such a hassle, with calls taking 5 minutes or longer to be answered. I normally shop the Macon store that has outstanding customer service! This was an online order.
